The AMS BMW 335 (E90/E92) 3” exhaust is the most unique and lightweight system on the market. Developed to optimize exhaust flow while shedding 40lbs of weight from the factory cat-back, this is the ultimate exhaust system for your BMW!

Instead of using dedicated twin pipes we utilize a single 3” primary pipe allowing for not only a substantial reduction in weight but a sound unlike any other systems on the market. This unique design allows for a tame, stock sound at idle while producing a deep rich distinctive note at wide open throttle.
 
Another unique feature are the V-Band connections.  These high quality fasteners allow for easy removal and installation of the entire system. Gone are the days of exhaust gaskets and awkward slip fit joints which can leak. In addition we have a factory first solid downpipe flange allowing for fool-proof downpipe alignment to our cat-back system.

The AMS 3” exhaust system has gone through countless hours of research and development and has been designed to be as free flowing as possibly as well as shed serious weight off your N54 powered BMW. Our exhaust features mandrel bent piping for the best exhaust flow.  This system does not have any restrictions like other popular exhaust systems that "neck down" and hurt performance.  Like all other AMS exhaust products this BMW 3” exhaust is TIG welded with 100% 304 stainless components including the flanges and hangers. The system utilizes factory exhaust hangers and includes a high quality polished muffler and matching polished exhaust tips.
